The Havens Journey

Havens Marketplace began its journey in July 2020 at Barefoot Landing in North Myrtle Beach, SC. Founders Sonya and Frank Pacera had a vision to create a store unlike any others in the area. Our path has taken us on many different routes, from 2 locations at the Tanger Outlets in Myrtle Beach to a large store in Mt. Pleasant SC.

From the very beginning, our faith has been the cornerstone behind the Havens brand. We've navigated many challenges and celebrated many triumphs, all while being blessed to see the positive impact Havens has had on countless lives. Today, we're excited to be back in our original home at Barefoot Landing, located next to Crooked Hammock. The entire Havens Family is grateful to everyone who has supported us on this journey and we are excited to see what God has planned for the future. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Havens Prayer Tree

Please visit our prayer tree and help us pray over all the prayers that are written on the tree each month. Or if you would like to send us your prayer request please do so below and we will add it to our Tree. Our Prayer Tree is located in the back of our store. There is room to relax, read through the prayers and feel the Spirit of God in the room as you read all the heartfelt messages on the tree. On the third weekend of every month we remove that month's prayers off the tree, pray over them and start a new month of prayer leaves. In 2024 there were nearly 10,000 prayers written on our tree from people all over the country.

Coffee, Worship & Shopping

Come enjoy free coffee, worship and a fun shopping experience all at Havens. Each week we are getting new inventory in which makes each visit fun and unique. So come on by and say hi! You can't go wrong with a little coffee, some uplifting worship, and lots of great shopping mixed in.

Meet The Owners

Sonya and Frank Pacera are the passionate founders of Havens Marketplace. In July 2020, they relocated to South Carolina and proudly opened their first storefront at Barefoot Landing. Sonya brings expertise in retail management and a heart for service through her background in church ministry, while Frank’s experience lies in commercial real estate and retail management.

When they’re not at Havens Marketplace, you’ll likely find them at home spending time with their three dogs or cherishing moments with their five grandchildren that their daughter blessed them with.

They look forward to welcoming you in person at the store and sharing the Havens Marketplace experience with you!
